The old points system is gone
TikTok Shop's violation-point system — the one where each flagged video or listing added points toward a ban — has been replaced by a single continuous score from 0 to 1000, color-coded into zones: green (200 and above), orange (51-199), and red (50 and below). Late Dispatch Rate is now a core metric
One of the biggest inputs into your AHR score is Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) — the share of your orders that ship later than promised. TikTok has set the failure threshold at 4%: cross that line and you start accumulating penalty points that pull your AHR score down, with repeated breaches leading to shop restrictions. New CPSC certification filing requirement
