2. Description of service
BanProof AI provides automated compliance auditing for video scripts intended for TikTok Shop and Amazon affiliate content. The Service flags potentially non-compliant language and suggests safe rewrites. BanProof AI is a tool, not legal advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting unlawful content, reverse engineering the Service, or interfering with other users.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Disclaimer
BanProof AI's suggestions do not guarantee compliance with any platform, regulatory body, or advertising standard. You remain solely responsible for your published content and for reviewing platform policies before publishing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BanProof AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account bans, lost revenue, or reputational harm.
